About the Speaker
Viktoriia Opanasiuk is a well-known person in Ukraine’s electronic communication field. She is a Regional Director of ISP Viner Telecom and Commercial Director of the OTT media service Youtv, but she is best known as a co-founder and organizer of the biggest Ukrainian events for network operators: Telecom Ukraine, Telecom Awards, and NOGUA.
Viktoria also actively participates in community, electronic communication, and media fields development processes. She is a member of the working group of providers of audiovisual services at the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, a Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Internet Resources Governance and Interaction with International Organizations at the Internet Association of Ukraine, and a constant member of different working groups on various issues at the Association of Right Holders and Content Providers. Viktoria is a constant attender of the RIPE Meeting events, including regional meetings.
