About the Speaker
Wilhelm Boeddinghaus, born in 1968, graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin. He started his career as the founder and CEO of an ISP in Berlin. Beginning in 2002, he became Head of Network at Strato AG, a hosting provider in Berlin that offers services to more than 1.4 million customers. Wilhelm was involved in designing and implementing IPv6 in the Strato network from 2008 on. In summer 2013, Wilhelm started his own consulting and training company. From 2018, he was CTO of system.de GmbH in Berlin. Since 2024, Wilhelm has been the CEO of Route 128 GmbH, a company with dedicated offers for migrating to IPv6 in enterprises and public organisations. Wilhelm is a CCIE #25603 and a member of the German IPv6 Council.
