Vincentas Grinius is co-founder of IPXO and President of BalticNOG. With more than 15 years of experience in internet infrastructure, he has built a reputation as a leader in IP address management, network operations, and digital sustainability. Previously CEO of Heficed, Vincentas now focuses on scaling IPXO’s platform and driving innovation in IP monetization and compliance. As President of BalticNOG, he’s dedicated to strengthening the internet community in the Baltic region through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and industry best practices.
